//Research
Test it in simulation. Build it once.
We push every design to its limits on a computer first, where failure is cheap and nobody gets hurt.

How we test before we build
STEP-01
Start from the CAD
We pull parts and joints straight from the engineering model, so the simulation and the design never drift apart.
STEP-02
Model the physics
Project Chrono, an open-source physics engine, simulates every body, joint, motor and tire.
STEP-03
Drive the hard ground
Scripted tests run the vehicle over slopes, steps and ramps, in every steering mode.
STEP-04
Run every combination
We vary load, gearing and terrain to find what really changes the result.
STEP-05
Grade our own work
Each result carries a credibility rating based on NASA-STD-7009. Simulation guides design. It is never sold as test data.
STEP-06
Feed decisions back
Findings become design decisions and supplier requirements. If a claim doesn't hold up, the claim changes.
02Digital twin
See exactly what was simulated
We bring the CAD into Unreal Engine 5 to build a digital twin at true scale, with real materials and moving parts.
Simulation data can drive the 3D vehicle directly. Every clip is labeled as simulated or animated.

03AI-enhanced environments
New worlds, same vehicle
We use fal.ai to place our renders in new terrain, weather and light.
AI can soften unusual movements, so we only use it for ordinary driving shots, never to show capability. Every AI clip is labeled.
